Global Product Manager - Beverage Applications

Your Role: Take the lead in driving our beverage innovation efforts. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of beverage applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative beverage solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the product strategy for beverage applications, including new product development and portfolio management
• Collaborating with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to identify market trends and consumer insights to drive product innovation
• Leading the development of new beverage concepts and formulations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands
• Managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies
• Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Providing technical expertise and support to sales teams and customers, including product training and technical assistance

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in product management or R&D within the beverage industry
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful beverage products
• Strong understanding of consumer preferences, market trends, and beverage applications
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
