Job Description
Our client is a world-leading Pharmaceutical company, for the Global Business Services (GBS) division they're currently looking for a:
Process Manager - SAP PP - Hessen (hybrid position - presence in Hessen required max 50% of time)
Role Overview: As a Process Engineer, you'll lead the design, implementation, and standardization of global operations processes. Specializing in Production and Manufacturing Execution, you'll integrate these processes into our IT systems, including SAP PP-PI.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners to establish standardized Production and Manufacturing Execution processes in alignment with ISA 95 standards.
- Work alongside IT specialists and local business experts to identify improvement opportunities and propose cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure GxP compliance and maintain validation and software lifecycle documents, overseeing testing and training processes.
- Govern the performance, continuity, and sustainability of processes within your purview.
- Lead global deployment projects as a Project Manager, gaining exposure to our state-of-the-art production technologies worldwide.
Qualifications:
- A master's or diploma degree in Natural Science, Pharmacy, or Business Informatics.
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production or related areas (e.g., quality compliance).
- Proven track record in business process design and implementation of highly integrated, standardized solutions.
- Deep familiarity with SAP PP-PI and adeptness in managing regulatory requirements (GxP) for pharmaceutical processes and computer system validation.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing (sub-)projects.
- A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills (knowledge of Business Process Engineering is advantageous) and a keen interest in IT.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in German.
- Flexibility for occasional travel (<25%) and adaptability to support sites across different time zones. Partial remote work arrangements available.
