Your Role:

  • Conducting and documenting tastings
  • Engaging in sensory evaluations
  • Organizing and executing NMR analyses while promptly addressing any deviations
  • Managing complaint resolutions and tracking corrective actions
  • Evaluating storage and retrieval practices
  • Verifying MHD extensions
  • Fulfilling QA-related duties during factory trials
  • Active participation in safety rounds

Your Qualities:

  • Possession of an academic certification (state-certified food technician) coupled with extensive industry experience
  • Prior exposure to project management or personnel oversight
  • Proficiency in sensory discernment
  • Adeptness with PC applications and analytical prowess
  • Sound knowledge of raw materials and product dynamics
  • Fluency in both written and verbal German and English languages
