📊 (Senior) Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Location: Dresden or Munich | Hybrid Work Model, flexible HO is possible

A technology-focused consulting company with offices in Dresden and Munich is looking for a data-driven Data Analyst (m/f/d) to take over a key role in the team. This cross-project position gives you the opportunity to actively shape data-based decision-making – from research and analysis to data modeling and reporting.

đź’Ľ Your Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional support in data analytics, including technology, market, and competitive analyses

  • Performing time series analyses, clustering, and database-driven evaluations

  • Creating reports and translating complex data into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting market potential assessments (e.g., “How large is market X in country Y?”)

  • Developing and maintaining data models and databases (in collaboration with international colleagues)

  • Occasionally attending trade shows and client meetings to present analytical results

🧠 Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, research, or a comparable field

  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and working with databases

  • Experience with Python (e.g., for building data models) – or a willingness to develop your Python skills further

  • Ability to write analytically and communicate technical insights clearly

  • Flexible mindset and willingness to engage with a variety of topics

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus

  • Ideally, some industry experience – internships are also valued

🔍 What Sets You Apart

  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner

  • You’re comfortable diving deep into data while also communicating findings effectively

  • You’re open to occasional travel (initially <10%)

  • You enjoy contributing to and building out processes, tools, and data infrastructures

🏢 What You Can Expect

  • A 5-person team with close collaboration with international colleagues (e.g., in Boston and Warsaw)

  • The opportunity to help build and shape data-driven processes

  • Long-term growth opportunities in data modeling, tool development, and automation

  • A flexible work schedule: full commitment during busy phases, and the freedom to wrap up early in quieter summer periods

  • Hybrid work model with several home office days per week
  • An attractive salary based on experience
