Stellenbeschreibung

The Technical Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving sales growth and fostering client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

Achieving Growth Targets: Meet business goals by managing existing accounts, securing new customers, and identifying cross-selling opportunities within the assigned category. Implement strategic account plans to drive commercial success.

Providing Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, offering expertise on product formulation and innovation. Collaborate closely with Technical Service to develop customized solutions and optimize customer processes. Conduct trials and create prototypes to showcase product value.

Building Relationships: Cultivate a strong network of relationships with clients and industry partners. Expand stakeholder engagement to facilitate business development and ensure positive customer experiences. Facilitate visits to showcase capabilities.

Effective Customer Management: Manage pricing, contracts, and forecasting for assigned customer portfolio. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates using designated tools.

Contributing to Internal Initiatives: Actively participate in company initiatives such as Care First program and Continuous Improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of commercial experience in the food industry, preferably beverage or ingredients sector.
  • Proficiency in Food Science or Technology, ideally with a relevant degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Business savvy and passion for the food industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe with a valid driver's license.
  • Fluent in English.
