Process Engineer - Hessen - Pharma Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Optimization - Identify and implement enhancements to boost production efficiency and reliability, collaborating closely with the Engineering department. Provide technical support for production trials and deploy Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Project Management - Lead or contribute to technical projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
Problem Solving - Assist the production and maintenance teams in troubleshooting complex operational issues. Execute action plans derived from root cause analysis to enhance performance.
Knowledge Sharing - Foster the development and transfer of expertise to key stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration between departments and locations.
Team Leadership - Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Coordinate interfaces between production, technical, and engineering departments, as well as third-party partners.
Standards Compliance - Develop and oversee the implementation of internal and external standards to ensure operational excellence and safety.
Safety Commitment - Actively participate in ensuring occupational safety in production and maintenance activities, lending your expertise to support safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in process engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, PCS7, and PowerBI.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and German (B2 level).
Desirable:
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt).
