QA Specialist - CAPA Management

• We are dedicated to supporting specialist departments in the implementation of CAPA processes.
• Your role will involve conducting thorough root cause analyses of both product and process complaints in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Additionally, you will be tasked with developing corrective and preventive measures, conducting effectiveness checks, and overseeing CAPA activities.
• Monitoring and tracking the implemented measures, as well as creating status reports and delivering presentations at status meetings, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Talents

• We are seeking candidates who have completed studies in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in CAPA processes according to ISO 13485 and CFR is required.
• Ideally, candidates will have training as a quality specialist, quality assistant, or quality officer.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
• We value individuals who work independently, reliably, and possess proficient written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
