Our client is a world leader in the field of Medical Devices - for their European Audit Team (HQ in BaWu - 20km from Konstanz), they're currently looking for a:

Position: Auditing Expert (External Suppliers)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of on-site audits to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Analyze audit findings to derive actionable measures and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive the enhancement of supplier quality management systems through ongoing development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier audit program, ensuring its effective implementation and adherence.
• Provide necessary management oversight for audits when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field. Alternatively, technical training with subsequent technician certification and relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in quality management within industrial manufacturing settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Previous exposure to supplier audits is advantageous.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously while remaining adaptable and assertive in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
