Area Sales Manager - Medical Devices - North Bayern / Saksen -

Your Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand our existing customer base in clinic and private practice settings.
• Conduct successful sales talks for our portfolio of products.
• Deliver product briefings and provide training to medical staff.
• Represent our business area at industry trade fairs and congresses.
• Actively manage your sales territory, including preparing customer analyses.
• Conduct market observations, evaluations, and maintain documentation.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, science, or relevant field, or medical/technical training.
• Several years of professional experience in medical technology; sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a convincing and committed demeanor.
• Enjoyment of sales and communication, coupled with a high level of customer orientation and responsibility.
• Ability to work systematically, independently, and with a goal-oriented approach.
• Highly self-motivated with strong commitment and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and complex sales processes.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
