My client is a global pharmaceutical leader, with their HQ in Hessen. Currently we're looking for a:
Director Market Access - Germany
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure market access for existing portfolio and upcoming launches.
- Collaborate across functions and with global teams to create compelling value propositions.
- Validate and optimize market access strategies with key stakeholders.
- Generate health economic analyses and support policy shaping.
- Drive differentiated positioning for Seqirus vaccines.
- Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities.
- Stay informed about legislative changes affecting pricing and reimbursement.
- Contribute to pricing strategy and assess market access risks.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
- Enhance awareness and acceptance of vaccines through engagement with payers and healthcare associations.
- Implement tactics to overcome economic barriers to vaccine adoption.
- Coordinate meetings and advisory boards to gather insights and feedback.
- Provide updates on market access landscape and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on access tools and models.
- Communicate strategy and results to cross-functional and sales teams.
- Participate in strategic meetings, business reviews, and budget planning.
- Ensure alignment of market access strategy with evolving evidence generation.
- Support achieving differentiated recommendations for vaccines.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry, including market access and marketing.
- Knowledge of German healthcare system and regulations.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Valid driving license for Germany.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated and accountable for results.
