Development Engineer

Delve into Your Role:

• Pioneering the development of innovative technologies and conducting thorough testing for precision air conditioning solutions, both water and air-based.
• Spearheading feasibility studies from planning to execution.
• Expertly evaluating customer specifications to drive technological advancements.
• Crafting, assessing, and validating technological concepts with precision.
• Utilizing decision matrices to compare and assess various solutions.
• Hands-on involvement in designing, executing, and documenting tests on prototypes and functional samples in our state-of-the-art laboratory.
• Collaborating closely with our product development team to shape the future of our offerings.
• Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of existing products based on real-world reliability and quality data.

Demonstrate Your Expertise:

• Possess a degree in supply engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent certification as a state-certified technician.
• Showcase experience in formulating, evaluating, and validating technological concepts tailored to customer needs.
• Proficient in control engineering with a knack for designing thermodynamic systems.
• Strong communication skills, both within a team environment and independently, coupled with analytical prowess.
• Display initiative, personal accountability, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
• Fluent in German with proficient written and verbal English skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel.
