Your team: 5-10 people per team (close collaboration with partner bank team(s))

My client launched its first product, a digital credit card, in 2018. Since then, the company has grown rapidly, recently acquiring a £500m credit card portfolio from a major bank and key partnerships with global players. Backed by several large private equity funds, my client is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy that includes the provision of consumer credit in partnership with leading consumer brands. Several partnerships have already been secured and there is an exciting pipeline of opportunities.

To further strengthen this specialist team, we are now looking for you as a Fullstack TypeScript Developer Focus Frontend (m/f/d)!

Your tasks

• Develop technical solutions for the Web Self Service Portal
• Find yourself in a world of over 40 microservices
• Work together with your international colleagues in a specialized feature team and exchange ideas with like-minded people in tech-specific guilds
• Find yourself in a fast-paced environment
• Take ownership and also help shape the UX
• Work agile in collaboration with the partner bank's team(s)
• Pursuing your interests and further training requirements in other areas (e.g. AI) around 20% of the time

Your skills

• Bring in your passion for learning and delivering high quality software
• You are very familiar with Angular and/or React and also know your way around the backend
• Use your experience in agile teams, pairing, code reviews and project management (with tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins)
• Develop complex Angular applications with TypeScript, design patterns, SOLID principles, clean code and reactive programming (RxJS, NgRx/Redux Toolkit)
• Create client-side asynchronous web applications and responsive layouts with CSS (SCSS) and HTML.
• Writing Angular unit tests with Jasmine or Jest
• Demonstrate familiarity with crash reporting investigations, troubleshooting and performance analysis
• Speak English professionally (company language) and have German residency

Tech stack, methods & tools: (excerpt)

TypeScript, React or Angular18+, RxJS, NgRx or similar, (backend latest Spring Boot); Testing: Jasmine or Jest; (S)CSS, HTML, SOLID, Clean Code, CI Tools, Bitbucket, Pipelines (similar to GitHub Actions), Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, agile methods (Mix Scrum & Kanban)
