Your Team: The teams are currently being formed.
To further strengthen this team of specialists, we are now looking for you as AVB Ethernet Engineer (m/f/d)!
Your tasks
- Develop and refine embedded software for devices acting as AVB talkers and listeners
- Work with third-party AVB stacks to realize project-specific functionality
- Bridge AVB streams with existing audio systems
- Modify Ethernet MAC drivers to ensure AVB compatibility
- Run validation tests using specialized AVB testing tools
- Carry out precise latency measurements
- Create and execute test cases for both validation and production environments
- Collaborate with clients to solve AVB interoperability challenges
Your skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AVB software development on embedded platforms
- Solid grasp of real-time operating systems in low-latency use cases
- Strong command of C and C++
- Deep understanding of Ethernet AVB protocols and synchronization mechanisms
- Confident using Git for version control
- Fluent communication skills in English – both spoken and written
Bonus points if you bring:
- Experience with Ethernet AVB test equipment (e.g., TSN Systems)
- Familiarity with agile development tools and workflows
- German language proficiency
- Background in the automotive sector
