Our customer is one of the big players of the airline industry. Their startup in Frankfurt/Main is looking for experienced and very passionate professionals bringing the digital travel experience to the next level. 

Your Tasks

• Identify key traffic acquisition KPls and metrics
• Monitor and manage online campaigns
• Build online engagement and exposure strategy
• Analyse keywords, web traffic, and market trends 
• Work with growth teams
• Track, measure and analyse user engagement and conversions
• Track and manage multiple lead generation channels
• lncrease organic traffic
• Perform SEO research and identify effective content and keywords

Your Profile

• 5 years of experience as a Traffic Acquisition Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of SEO practices and techniques
• Experience in email marketing, digital marketing and Social Media
• Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
• Experience with WordPress, HTML, and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working with people and have a track record for building and leading teams in a motivated and dynamic environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a management role, responsible for a team of at least 5 members
• Very good command of the English language
